PAIA Manual

This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA). It explains how you can request access to records held by Earwise Hearing Studio.

We will respond within 30 days. If a record contains another person's private information, access may be limited or refused as the law allows.

A request fee may apply as prescribed by the Act; we will tell you the amount before processing your request.
